RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hair Extensions & Lashes Returns
We are confident that you will love BGH products. However, if you have an issue with your hair extension or lashes purchase, follow the instructions in that are provided in your package for all returns and issues. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unused and unopened hair extensions and/or lashes and request a refund for the amount that you paid for your purchased item. Items must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and sent back in the original packaging in order to be refunded. We do not refund taxes or shipping.
Hair Accessory & Hair Care Products Returns
For issues with your hair accessory or hair care products purchase, please email us at hello@bghaircare.com. We will work to resolve all issues, if possible.
If you would like to return your hair accessory or hair care item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unused and unopened item and request a refund for the amount that you paid for your purchased item. Items must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and sent back in the original packaging. We do not refund taxes or shipping.
A return authorization request must be made within 30 days of placing your order. You must mail the item back at your expense. Once we receive your item, you will be refunded within 15 days.
Your Return Liability
You assume all risk of products that you ship to return. If we don't receive them for any reason, we cannot provide a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item that you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
